JamPro Music Factory is seeking enthusiastic and qualified instructors to advance our innovative music education and artist development programs. With state-of-the-art lesson & rehearsal studios, professional recording studios, tour-grade performance venue, and industry leading music technology, our world-class facility is designed to give our instructors and clients the resources needed to succeed!

Job Responsibilities:

• Instruct beginner through advanced students of all ages both in-person and virtually in state-of-the-art private lesson studios • Develop and evolve proprietary educational materials and curriculum • Coach students through recording sessions in professional recording studios • Prepare students for live solo concert performances in a tour-grade performance venue • Assist in the development of student bands and leading band rehearsals & live performances

Qualifications/Skills:

Energetic and engaging Technical proficiency on instrument Strong knowledge of music theory Excellent written and verbal skills High level of organizational and planning skills Career-oriented with enthusiasm and drive to succeed

Robust proprietary education materials and curriculum Bachelor’s degree in music Minimum 1-3 years experience in music instruction Knowledge and appreciation of today’s popular music and music genres Experience with notation software (Sibelius) and DAWs (Logic or Pro Tools) Willingness to relocate (our world-class facility is located in Reno, NV) Fully equipped acoustically treated lesson and rehearsal studios Professional recording studios with seasoned recording engineers Administration team to handle all scheduling, accounting, and IT On-the-job training with industry-leading music technology and equipment

Compensation:
